UNISON lifetime discount
This is a 0.25% discount off our standard variable mortgage rate, which comes into effect once the initial fixed, capped or discounted rate period on your mortgage has expired - excluding Flexible, Savings and Tracker mortgages.
Unlike most discounted rate mortgages, which only offer a discount for a short period, this unique discount continues for the term of your mortgage, providing you remain a UNISON member and the Society remains the exclusive supplier of mortgage products to UNISON.
Cashback
As you're a member of UNISON, on completion of your mortgage you'll receive £150 cashback paid into a UNISON Save & Support account.
Britannia Membership Reward
What's more, after an initial qualifying period, we'll show our appreciation with our Membership Reward - currently an annual cash bonus of up to £240 that you'll receive every year you have a mortgage with us. And the more qualifying products you have, the higher the reward, up to a possible £500. Subject to scheme rules and tenure.
