Britannia has been around since 1856, when we were
known as the Leek and Moorlands Building Society. Since then a series of agreed mergers has evolved us into the
Britannia we know today.

over 2 million members trust us with their money, making us
the second largest building society in the UK with nearly
£5 billion of gross lending per annum, and £22 billion of group assests.

Britannia Treasury is part of the Britannia Group, which
encompasses the building society, offshore savings, commercial lending and intermediary lending.
