The Board |
The Board comprises twelve directors, four of whom are full time executive directors. The others are non-executives. |

The Board directs and supervises the Group’s affairs. It sets the Group’s strategic aim, ensures the necessary resources are in place for the Group to meet its objectives and reviews management peformance.
Much of the day to day running and management of Society business is delegated by the Board to the Executives of the Society. However, the Board does reserve certain matters to itself.
You needn't fear though, our Terms of Reference are in place to ensure 'best practice' for putting our members first. Also, we're regulated by the Financial Services Authority and undertake to comply with The Banking Code so you can be sure of receiving a good service. What's more, we even received The Good Shopping Guide's Ethical seal of approval.
