Corporate Governance
Working in the best interests of our members and playing an important part in the running of the Society, are five sub-committees that govern how the Society is run. They are:
- Assets & Liabilities Committee (ALCO);
- Audit Committee;
- Nominations Committee;
- Remuneration Committee;
- Britannia Treasury Services (BTS) Committee.
They exist to oversee various areas of the business and ensure that, when it comes to 'best practice', we're doing everything we can to put our members first.
