Our People

Britannia employs over 5,000 people across the UK who fulfil many varied roles from mortgage advisors to marketing analysts, and credit underwriters to IT specialists.

We believe that our greatest asset is our people as without them we wouldn’t meet the financial needs of our 3 million members and customers.
