Firstly, you must read and understand the account's terms and conditions. You should also print a copy off so you can refer back to them at any time. Please note that with effect from 1st March 2005, there have been some important Banking Code regulatory changes, mainly clarifying the cheque clearance details and direct debit instructions. You can print off our leaflet for more information. These changes will be incorporated into the account's terms and conditions and the direct debit form in due course.
