How The Points Add Up |
With a Britannia mortgage you'll be eligible to earn Membership Reward points. After a period of two years you'll start to earn the following reward points:

Please note...
- Your mortgage advance is defined as the initial advance, plus any further advances and release of retentions, minus any capital repayments. A subscription must have been due on the mortgage during the reward year for it to be eligible to earn points. Capping limit upto a maximum advance of £110,000 applies.
- For joint product holdings the points are divided equally between each product holder. Points are based on the average monthly balance over the year.
- Even if you hold both a Residential and Buy To Let mortgage, or more than one Buy To Let, the capping limit of £110,000 still applies across all products.
