- The rate for our offset mortgage follows the Bank of England base rate up or down. This means you'll benefit if rates fall, but your monthly repayments will increase if rates rise.
- The offset savings mortgage is available if you're, moving to a new home, looking to move your mortgage to Britannia or a first-time buyer.
- If you're remortgaging and choose Option 2, we'll even give you one free mortgage valuation and provide a free conveyancing service* - including compulsory disbursements.
- Your rate will depend on the size of loan compared to the value of your property - see the table below.
