Staff from Britannia Building Society's Lichfield branch will be practicing their pancake flipping skills this weekend in preparation for next week's Shrovetide Races.
Three staff members from the Britannia branch on Market Street, Lichfield, will be taking part in the annual races on Tuesday 20 February.
The team will be raising money for Britannia's corporate charity, CLIC Sargent - the leading children's cancer charity.
Kirstie Ann Dewbury, Manager of Britannia's Lichfield branch explained; "We wanted to do something fun and raise money for CLIC Sargent at the same time. The Shrovetide Races are such a great event and every year the whole town comes out to watch."
Britannia has so far raised more than £225,000 for CLIC Sargent.
