If you've held a Britannia mortgage or savings account for the past six months or more, then you can take advantage of this special fixed rate, available only to members of Britannia Building Society. Your existing mortgage or savings account must remain open until the completion of the mortgage application process.

• Are you concerned about interest rates creeping back up? Then the Members' 3 year fixed rate mortgage may be suitable for you. You'll be able to budget more easily knowing that your monthly repayments will not change during the fixed rate period.
• It is possible that variable rates could fall below the Members' 3 year fixed rate mortgage and that over the fixed rate period an alternative mortgage product could work out cheaper.
• The Members' 3 year fixed rate mortgage is available if you're a first-time buyer, moving to a new home or looking to move your mortgage to Britannia.
• Early repayment charges apply for the first 3 years.
