Our PR team is responsible for protecting and promoting our reputation with the media. We liaise with journalists from national, regional and local newspapers on a daily basis to talk about our products, people and policies. However, newspaper articles about financial products can sometimes be complex and bland, so to make their articles more lively and interesting, journalists like to include a "case study" about someone who has a particular product.
How can you help? We'd like you to become a case study candidate for future articles.
What does it involve? You don't need to be a financial expert, we'll give the journalist the product details. The case study is just a short telephone conversation with a journalist, at a mutually convenient time. The journalist also arranges a photographer to attend your home or a place relevant to the article. If you would be happy to put yourself forward as a Britannia case study candidate, please download and complete our Case Study Request Form*. You can either email it back to us or send in the post, addressed to: Jayne Dono, We will retain your details on our database until a journalist requests a relevant case study. However we will always contact you to check that you are happy to be involved, before passing your details to a journalist. Every time a newspaper uses your story, Britannia will send you High Street vouchers to thank you for your help. We look forward to hearing from you! *to view and print the Case Study form, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 installed on your computer. If you do not have this software, you can download it free from Adobe.
