Our approach to community involvement is derived from our values and mutual heritage.
Looking ahead these are our priority areas:
- our employees will nominate our corporate charity for 2008 – 2009
- we're committed to developing and publicising performance targets and data. To help us with this we've become members of the London Benchmarking Group.
- we're currently working on an employee volunteering policy
- we'll be looking at extending our educational initiatives, Numbers Partners, Fit 4 Finance and Young Enterprise, to other parts of the Group.
