Our Members' interests at heart
We've long acknowledged that we have to put our members’ interests at the heart of every decision that we make. This 'Member area' has resulted from research undertaken with members to establish exactly how they would like to be communicated with.

We also sought the views of our Members' Council as to how they felt we could open up channels of communication. Again, a Members' Area was one of several ideas that they came up with.
