Home AssistTo register your claim or ask for advice, call the 24-hour emergency helpline on 0870 241 2039*, quoting your policy number. You will then be immediately transferred to one of our vetted trades-firms who will make the arrangements with you for the tradesperson to call (usually within 2 hours). Once at your property, the tradesperson will assess the situation, agree with you the appropriate repair and carry it out. Once the work is completed, there are no forms to complete and no payments to make. All of this is managed directly between Britannia Home Assist and the trades-firm. Remember, the policy covers the household, not just the named policyholder, so anyone can make that emergency call. *Telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored. Calls from a BT landline will cost no more than 6p per minute plus a call set up fee of 6.85p. Mobile and other providers' charges may vary.
