Since its first meeting in 2002 the Members’ Council have been consulted on issues that go to the heart of the way that Britannia is run.

• helped to steer the development of the corporate strategy, having been involved with the strategy from development to launch to implementation
• provided guidance on content, structure and style of the AGM documentation
• been instrumental in the development of this area of the website and
• have helped in the development of our ethical commitment – "Mutual Responsibility".
