About this role...
To take on the challenge of heading up a successful Branch Network area, you’ll need to be an inspirational leader who can provide clear direction when it comes to achieving sales targets and ensuring the highest operational standards.
Using coaching, development and support, you’ll develop an environment that is quality-led, result-orientated and target-driven.
You’ll need a proven track record of exceptional people management and leadership skills along with significant coaching and staff development experience. As well as being fully CeMap-qualified, you will also need to be fully FPC-qualified or equivalent (eg. CEFA).
