We refer to our Head Office in Leek and our office in Bristol as Customer Support Centres (CSC) because everyone is ultimately supporting our members.Our Leek office is home to our Membership Services Business, Business Support and Contact Centre functions, almost half of our 5,000 staff and is set amidst picturesque countryside in Staffordshire. Following the successful integration of the former Bristol & West savings business and branch network, as well as introducing Britannia to 65 new towns and neighbourhoods, we have established our Bristol office in Tower Wharf, conveniently located in the centre of Bristol. The Bristol office is home to various Head Office functions and our second UK contact centre. No matter where you work throughout the Group or what your field, whether it's IS, HR, Marketing, Finance or Quality Management, everyone shares a common purpose in that 'we're dedicated to helping our members achieve their goals'.
