Requesting A Statement |
You can request a statement by calling us on 0845 121 7914*. You'll need the following information to hand when you ring.

- for your account number - this can be found on your last statement or passbook
- to confirm your name, address and date of birth
Or alternatively you can email us. For security reasons, please don't send us your account number - we can find this from your name, address and date of birth, just tell us which account you'd like the statement for.
*Lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12pm Saturdays. Calls from a BT Together landline will cost no more than 4p per minute plus a call set up fee of 6p. Mobile and other providers' charges may vary. Calls may be recorded and/or monitored.
