For credit applications, we will assess you on your own (except where there is another party to this application). By signing/submitting your finance application, you declare that your financial associate's finances will not affect our decision. We will check your declaration and may decline the application if it is inaccurate.

If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies to prevent fraud and money laundering. If you exceed the agreed contract mileage, there will be an excess mileage charge. In addition, you will be liable to pay for any accidental damage to the vehicle or excess wear and tear, with regard to its age and mileage. All figures are correct at the time of print. Lex Vehicle Finance Limited is a Bank of Scotland Group Company. If you end the agreement under the agreed contract mileage, the car may be worth more than the optional final payment. You would therefore benefit from positive equity.
