You can request a statement, which also shows the interest that has been charged, by calling us on 08457 626281*. Lines are open 7.30am-10.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm Saturday, 9.30am-5.30pm Sunday. Please have your account details ready when you call.

For your security we'll ask you for:

• your agreement number
• your monthly repayment
• confirmation of your name, address and date of birth

Home Owners Loan

Your Home Owners Loan statement will be issued yearly with your mortgage statement. If you require a duplicate, please call us on 0845 121 7912*. Lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12noon Saturday. Please have your account number ready when you call.

A charge of £15.00 will be made for each copy.

BT landline calls to 0845 numbers will be charged at up to 4 pence per minute at all times. A call set up fee of 3 pence per call applies to calls from residential lines. Mobile and other providers’ charges may vary.
