Adding, Deleting Or Changing A Name |
If you've changed your name due to marriage, divorce or deed poll, we'll need to amend this on your account.
We'll also request a certified copy of the appropriate official document e.g. marriage certificate, decree absolute, which will be returned to you.
BT landline calls to 0845 numbers will be charged at up to 4 pence per minute at all times. A call set up fee of 3 pence per call applies to calls from residential lines. Mobile and other providers’ charges may vary.
