Don't forget, have your policy documents with you when you call.
The telephone number to ring to register your claim or ask for advice is as follows:-

Your call will be dealt with initially over the telephone to authorise any work that's covered in your policy.
A claims form will then be sent to you in the post for completion and signing. You may find that some of the details have been completed for you when you rang the claim through.
Don't forget to check all the details on the claim form in case anything has been missed off or misunderstood.

Buildings Guard insurance is underwritten by certain Underwriters at Lloyd's of London.
