Don't worry if you've lost or damaged your policy documents. You can request new copies of your policy details by calling us on 0845 121 7913*. You'll need to have the following information to hand when you ring.

*Lines are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12noon Saturday. Please have your policy details ready when you call. BT landline calls to 0845 numbers will be charged at up to 4 pence per minute at all times. A call set up fee of 3 pence per call applies to calls from residential lines. Mobile and other providers' charges may vary. Calls may be recorded and/or monitored.
