You can request a statement by using our online servicing or by calling us on 0845 850 0292. Lines are open 24 hours a day. Telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored. Calls from a BT Together landline will cost no more than 4p per minute plus a call set up fee of 6p. Mobile and other providers' charges may vary.
