Changing Your Name |

If you've changed your name due to marriage, divorce or deed poll we'll need to amend this on your account.
To tell us of the change, you can either use our online servicing or call us on 0845 850 0292. Lines are open 24 hours a day. Telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored. BT landline calls to 0845 numbers will be charged at up to 4 pence per minute at all times. A call set up fee of 3 pence per call applies to calls from residential lines. Mobile and other providers’ charges may vary.
For your security we'll ask you for:
- your account number - this can be found on your last statement or on your credit card
- your password to confirm your name, address and date of birth
