You can set up a direct debit by calling us on 0845 850 0292. Lines are open 24 hours a day. Telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored. Calls from a BT Together landline will cost no more than 4p per minute plus a call set up fee of 6p. Mobile and other providers' charges may vary.

For your security we'll ask you for:

• your account number - this can be found on your last statement or credit card
• your password to confirm your name, address and date of birth
• alternatively, you can post a cheque.

Please make your cheque payable to the principal card holder. Don't forget to write your account number on the back and post it in the envelope provided with your statement. Please send your payment to:
