Annual General Meeting 2008 |
Who is eligible to vote at the 2008 Annual General Meeting?
To vote at the AGM members must satisfy all of the following requirements:
- be first named on the account
- aged 18 or over on the date of the AGM (23 April 2008)
Plus
- Minimum investment of £100 on 31 December 2007 and continuous investing membership (any amount) between 31 December 2007 and the date of the AGM.
Or
- Minimum mortgage balance of £100 both on 31 December 2007 and at the date of the AGM.
