Making your data safe

In order to prevent other internet users from viewing the information that you type into our form, we run them on a secure server. In a nutshell, this means that everything you type and send to us is encrypted in such a way that it is virtually impossible for someone other than us to translate.

This is all done in the background and doesn't affect you as a user. Look out for the padlock symbol. All secure sites have these. If you double click on the symbol you will be able to view the site's certificate of authenticity.

What you might need to do

Because of the large variety of internet browsers and computer operating systems in use and the various options people select for their settings, computers are not all the same when it comes to browsing the internet.

Secure sessions can be very particular about your computer set up. You may find that you are unable to see the forms at first. If you can't, our frequently asked questions  should be able to help you sort it out.
