Requesting a statement
There are two ways to request a statement for your savings account;
By phone
- Call us on 0845 121 7909
. We'll ask you to confirm your account number - this can be found on your last statement or passbook, your name, address and date of birth.
Secure enquiry form
- Complete and send your request via our general enquiry form. Please make sure you tell us which account you would like the statement for and what period you would like it to cover in the text box at the bottom of the form.
