Your mortgage statement

To show you the payments you've made, your outstanding balance and interest, and insurance charges, we'll normally send you a mortgage statement on 31st December, unless you have a Flexible mortgage when you will receive an annual statement every 12 months from inception of the account. Offset mortgage accounts will receive a statement every 3 months from inception of the account.

We understand that mortgage statements can sometimes be hard to follow so we've set up this section to help you understand your own.
