Changes to the Co-operative Bank Financial Planning Service.

We regret to inform customers that the Financial Planning Service provided by AXA is no longer available in our Co-operative Bank and Britannia branches.

AXA has recently undertaken a review of its financial planning business and due to an increasingly challenging market has decided to withdraw from providing a Financial Planning advice service in branches.

However, if you require life cover with your mortgage, then our Mortgage Advisers will still be able to provide you with advice and a suitable policy to meet your needs.

We know this news will be disappointing, but would like to reassure you that this decision does not in any way affect the administration of any investment or protection products you hold, as they will continue to be serviced, as they are now, by both AXA Wealth and Friends Life.

If you have any questions regarding your policy or on-going servicing, AXA will be pleased to deal with them via their dedicated helpline 0845 300 4170 which is available Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm.
